What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 48-72 hours for processing your order and shipping within 3-5 business days, not including holidays. We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. BJL Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this has occurred, please file a claim with the carrier.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. We ask that you read the full description of each product before making your selections.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns for any of our skincare due to our products being handmade. We ask that you read the full description of each product before making your selections. Returns on shoes are permitted, only in the event that they do not fit. They must be in the same condition and packaging when you received them. Once we receive the shoes, we will then issue the refund. No returns or refunds on handbags.
What if I receive the wrong item or damaged item?
If you have received the wrong or damaged item, please send us a photo of the incorrect and/or damaged item (s) to email@example.com
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, ad Visa. We are not responsible for any authorization holds on your method of payments or overdraft fees.
Do you ship internationally?
As of 8/20, we now ship internationally. There is a flat handling fee of $15.00.
Do you have free shipping on all products?
We offer free shipping on all orders $50 or more. There is a flat rate charged of $5.00 for shipping on orders less than $50. See above for international shipping.
What is the shelf life of my product?
You are able to use the product from six months to one year.
